Qvipe is an AI review management platform for small and medium local businesses. Does Qvipe reply to reviews automatically?+
No — by design. Qvipe drafts every reply, but nothing is posted until you approve it. A fully automatic reply to the wrong review can do public damage, so Qvipe keeps a human in the loop for every published word.
Can Qvipe reply to reviews in other languages?+
Yes. Qvipe detects the language each review is written in and drafts the reply in that same language. A review in French gets a French draft; a review in Japanese gets a Japanese draft. You can always edit the draft before it posts.

How do I connect my Google Business Profile?+
You sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and grant Qvipe access through Google's official integration. There's no scraping and no password sharing, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Will Qvipe support Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube?+
That's the plan. Qvipe's goal is one inbox for every customer interaction across external platforms. Google Business Profile reviews are live first; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube comments and messages are next on the roadmap.
